Order processing time
Once you've placed your order online on our website, we'll review the design of your personalized bottle and respond to you within 48 hours. If the personalized message complies with our ethical charter, you'll receive a notification that says "Order in preparation."
There are more than thirty human and artisanal steps involved in personalizing and decorating your champagne bottles, and it takes time. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your bottle to be produced.
