By confirming an order on our website www.champagnepersonnalise.com, the buyer agrees to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
This contract is governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, only the courts located in the jurisdiction of SAS PIERREL & ASSOCIÉS’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Pricing
- Prices are listed per bottle size (standard bottle, magnum, jeroboam)
- Prices are in euros (1 euro = 6.55957 FF)
- All taxes included (currently 20% VAT)
- Ex-works from our production facility in Épernay (51200), France
Payment Methods
Payment is required at the time of order. You may choose your preferred payment method:

Order Validation & Processing Time
After confirming payment for your order on our website, you can download the mockup of your personalized bottle and the invoice via your customer account in the order tracking section.
We will review the mockup of your personalized bottle and provide feedback within 48 hours. If the personalized message complies with our ethical charter (see the section below "Conditions relating to personalized messages"), you will receive a notification stating "Order in preparation."
Personalization Message Guidelines
1. The Client agrees to ensure that their personalized message does not:
- Encourage alcohol consumption by minors, or excessive/immoderate consumption
- Disparage sobriety or abstinence
- Suggest alcohol as a solution to personal or collective problems
- Associate alcohol with illegal, antisocial, dangerous, aggressive, or violent behavior
- Contain vulgar, offensive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, racist, violent, or politically/religiously sensitive content
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property (trademarks, slogans, logos, etc.)
Personalized products are for personal use only. Any promotional, commercial, political, or advertising use is strictly prohibited.
2. If a submitted personalization message violates these rules, Champagne Pierrel will contact the Client within 7 business days to request a compliant revision. If no suitable replacement message is provided within 10 business days, Champagne Pierrel reserves the right to cancel the entire order and will refund any payments received.
No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.
Shipping Fees, Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping fees vary based on destination and method.
For orders outside mainland France or to countries not listed, we will provide a custom quote based on the weight, carrier, and destination (including overseas territories).
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Orders of up to 15 bottles: shipped via Colissimo (48h)
- Orders of 16 bottles or more: shipped via freight carrier (96h)
Retention of Ownership
In accordance with French Law No. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, all goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Digital Product Representation
The bottle visuals generated on the website are for reference only.
Despite all efforts to ensure accurate representation, slight differences may occur between the digital preview and the final product (e.g., color, texture, layout, proportions). These variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for refund or replacement.
Legal Notices
Underage Protection
As per Article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
By completing your order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Alcohol Consumption Warning
Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous to your health – please enjoy responsibly.
Drinking alcohol during pregnancy, even in small amounts, can seriously harm your baby’s health.
Delivery Receipt
Upon delivery, the recipient must check the contents of the package before signing the delivery receipt.
In case of damage (missing items, breakage, deterioration), the issue must be clearly indicated on the carrier’s slip, with the name and quantity of damaged or missing bottles. The slip must be signed by the recipient, and the package must be refused.
Once notified (within 24 hours) via fax, email, mail, or phone, we will process an insurance claim. Only this procedure entitles the Client to a refund or replacement.
Please note: Champagne Pierrel cannot be held liable for breakage caused by the carrier.
